After service policy

1.Unless otherwise specified, we warrant our products for 1 year from the date of original purchase under normal use。We guarantee Repair, Replacement and Refund for our products (Abbreviations: 3-r guarantee) in the warrant year.
 
2.Consumers could repair, replace or get refund for the goods with invoice and vouchers during the 3-r guarantee time.

3.Repair, replacement or refund will be arranged for all defective products within 7 days from the date of original purchase under normal use

4.A repair or replacement  will be arranged for all defective products within 15 days from the date of original purchase under normal use

5.A free replacement will be arranged for all defective products subject to verification of defect, if the goods have been repaired twice but still couldn’t work well in the 3-r guarantee period.

6.A free replacement will be arranged for all defective products which have been repaired over 90 days since the products are sent to us. If the reason of delay is lack of parts and accessories, this situation should be noted clearly in the repair voucher. With the repair voucher specification, the consumers could get free replacement. If it is the repairers’ own reason leading to the repair period over 30 days, we will change the customer a new one for free.

7.The following situation shouldn’t be included in 3-r guarantees. We will charge for repair .
(1)The damages are caused by unsuitable use, maintenance or keeping.
(2)The damages are caused by non-designated repairers.
(3)Without the 3-r guarantee invoice or vouchers
(4)The product model on the 3-r guarantee invoice or vouchers couldn’t fit in with the model No. on the brought goods .Or the 3-r guarantee invoice or vouchers has been defaced or modified.
(5)The damage is caused by irresistibility.
